Conservazione
I dati sono conservati fino all'annullamento dell'iscrizione o alla revoca del consenso; le iscrizioni inattive per [24] mesi sono chiuse. Il registro dei consensi è conservato per [5] anni dalla chiusura, per la difesa di un diritto.
Diritti dell'interessato
Puoi esercitare i diritti di accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità e opposizione (artt. 15–22 GDPR) scrivendo a [privacy@…]. Puoi annullare l'iscrizione e revocare in ogni momento i consensi di cui alle finalità 3 e 4 dal link presente in ogni email; la revoca non pregiudica la liceità del trattamento precedente. Data is processed by authorised staff of the Controller and by suppliers appointed as data processors (newsletter platform, website hosting, IT services). Communications under purposes 3 and 4 are sent by the Controller and your data is not disclosed to sponsors. Data is not disseminated.

Retention
Data is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent; subscriptions inactive for [24] months are closed. The consent record is kept for [5] years after closure, for the defence of legal claims.

You can unsubscribe and withdraw the consents under purposes 3 and 4 at any time using the link in every email; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
